We are looking for a Full-Time Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and completing repairs on all household appliances as well as pre-diagnosing issues with these appliances.
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, have great customer service skills, and be detail oriented. This candidate will be required to adapt to constant change in our working environment. Sawatzky’s has an outstanding training program which will be provided to the successful candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the appliance service field and expand their knowledge about appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair all major household appliances
- Create invoices for customers regarding repairs and diagnoses.
- Work closely with Administration to provide service for customers
- Pre-diagnose appliance issues based on information given by customers
- Quote customers on repairs based on pre-diagnosing or at appointment
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $19.00-$45.00 per hour
