What You’ll Do
As part of the service team, you’ll support customers by diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and communicating clearly throughout the process.
Diagnose and repair major household appliances.
Pre-diagnose appliance issues based on information provided by customers.
Quote customers on repairs based on pre-diagnosis or service appointments.
Create invoices for customers related to repairs and diagnoses.
Work closely with administration to coordinate customer service needs.
Represent Sawatzky’s with professional, friendly, and dependable service.
What We’re Looking For
The right person is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Mechanical aptitude and interest in appliance repair.
Strong customer service skills.
Detail-oriented approach to diagnostics, repairs, and follow-up.
Ability to adapt in a changing service environment.
Comfortable working independently and with internal teams.
Reliable commute to our Winkler and Morden locations.
