What You’ll Do
As part of the sales team, you’ll guide customers through products, options, and solutions across the store.
Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
Communicate the features and benefits of furniture, mattresses, appliances, and home accessories.
Help customers coordinate sizes, colours, styles, and design-related details.
Cross-sell products and introduce customers to options that fit their needs.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Resolve customer concerns with care and provide relevant information.
Maintain clean, tidy, and professional checkout and showroom areas.
Keep reports and transaction records organized.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty store environment.
Sales experience is an asset.
